[OSM-talk] Welcome page to new users on wiki.openstreetmap.org

Hi,
i just finished to welcome A* users in the wiki.
i would like to welcome every single users without a userpage or without 
geographic category in it.

Then i would like to have the newuser special page enabled to track new 
users registrations.
