Sorry - let me me more precise.  I was referring to the original us
goverment database of the same name:

http://geonames.nga.mil/ggmagaz/geonames4.asp
http://geonames.nga.mil/ggmagaz/detaillinksearch.asp?G_NAME=%2732FA881891803774E0440003BA962ED3%27&Diacritics=DC

My understanding as that all US data of this type is in the public domain.
