[OSM-talk] Template:Proposal_Page

All the feed back I have recieved from this mailing list in regards to http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Template:Proposal_Page and http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Proposal_Page_test have all been positive.  
Here are some features in the template that have been added to make the proposal prossess easier.
- Easy-to-add template.
- Up front info on the proposal page.
- Auto categoring set by proposal status. (see test page)
The only new value added to the Template:Proposal_Page compared to the Template:proposed_feature already used on the Proposed features page is the user value. This is to note who made the proposal.  This will make adding the template to all the previous proposals simple by copy-n-paste and changing the template name.
