Many thanks again. Seems like gomaddin did some improvements in Rottenburg. 
Through that he deleted the three ways and replaced them by new ones. Somehow 
the relation got deleted through this.

I removed the three ways properly from the relation and deleted it from the 
osm database. I contacted gomaddin to find out how the relation got deleted 
by have no response yet.
