[OSM-talk] highway=turning_circle

A node that is at the end of a way can have the tag highway=turning_circle. 
This means that there is room for a car to turn at the end of that way.

However, in my village there are several different kinds of these:
 * Just a small dent in the side of the street where a car can drive in and 
then reverse out again to turn the car.
 * A larger one where a car can usually drive around the perimeter without 
ever backing up if the turning radius of the car is not too bad.
* At one place there is a really large one where a whole bus can turn, which 
is actually the purpose of it.

I'd like to be able to show these three different turning facilities (the 
first one isn't a circle) on the map.  One way would be to add a size tag:

highway=turning_circle
size=small | medium | large

with small or medium being the default.   What do you think?
