[OSM-talk] Paying registration fee for SOTM

All invoices have a subject line of "State of the Map :: Invoice".

I'm beginning to suspect that some small percentage of emails are not
getting delivered.  I'm going to start doing some investigation from this
end and see what the logs say.

I'll resend yours immediately.
