[OSM-talk] vandalism or 'where is Cuba?'

FYI, I did a detailed trace of the whole of the
Port of Havana coastline and less detailed to
some 100km or so to the west in, IRC,
December. Before that, there was no Cuban
coastline at all unless already deleted. There
was a very, very small number of main streets in Havana.
