The Mapnik renderer does not render waterway=riverbank, only the
natural=coastline will appear via the externally generated coastline
shapefiles. These were last generated on March 2nd[1]. 

The natural=coastline tag was added to both the above ways on March 5th
so does not appear currently on the map.

This way has had the natural=coastline tag for about 1 month.
