You're both welcome, and I'm really pleased when people benefit from
me adding zoom levels around cities. I try to add extra levels of
detail where it's needed (e.g. where I can see node networks or other
'interesting' areas) but if I've missed somewhere then feel free to
ask.

Unfortunately I can't render entire countries down to the maximum
zoom, it's just not feasible! But I'm more than happy to render places
that are of value, anywhere in the world. For example, Vancouver and
Toronto were both added this week, and I can see someone has busy in
Sydney so that'll go in soon too.
