[OSM-talk] Wiki reports error when trying to view 'My Watchlist'

I'm getting the following error when trying to view the 'My Watchlist' page 
in the wiki:

Database error
A database query syntax error has occurred. This may indicate a bug in the 
software. The last attempted database query was:
  (SQL query hidden)
from within function "wfSpecialWatchlist". MySQL returned error "1030: Got 
error 28 from storage engine (127.0.0.1)".
