[OSM-talk] highway = living_street does not render on Osmarender

Hi,

> as the subject says, highway =  living_street does not render
> on Osmarender. 

Fixed; highway=living_street now rendered the same as residential on
all zoom levels, with added dash lines along the core on z16 and z17
(making living_street a mix between residential and pedestrian, and at
the same time looking a bit like speed bumps).
