To be serious, I don't like this pseudo object-oriented
railway:incline:traction= stuff at all.

So I would instead sugest to go for "traction="

As far as rendering is concerned, your proposol states "No rendering changes
required." This ist not true, as incline railways are currently _not_
rendered at all.
