[OSM-talk] OSMXapi error 501

I'm still having trouble getting returned data from OSMXapi.  The server osmxapi.hypercube.telascience.org times out getting a connection most times.  If I do get a connection the HTTP request times out.  I've tried a deliberately small request to minimise the load, but still no joy.  If the server is busy then I'll wait, but it might need a prod at the big red button. :)

Osmxapi is back up.  It just wanted a database check before it was willing to restart.
