If you want it dashed I think the only option is to set the section as if
it's in a tunnel (effectively it is). Alternatively you can hide the section
completely by rendering the shed over the top of the railway by appropriate
use of the layer tag. they are the only options I know of right now and cant
really think of a good alternative anyway.
