[OSM-talk] precompiled navit bin-files

Hi

Since I'm not the only osm contributor who is also using osm data on his
device (an eeePC in my case) to navigate with I have set up a small
script on dev automagically updating the navit bin files from the planet
excerpts created by Geofabrik.de

The binfiles can be found at http://dev.openstreetmap.org/~deelkar/maps/
Should the update process or the files themselves be disruptive of other
dev tasks I will remove them, and try to find another home for those.
