[OSM-talk] Filtering GPX tracks when they're good enough to make ways from but contain too many points

Ah, excellent! Looks like this is part of 'utilsplugin', I didn't have that
installed previously. :)

I upped the value of this knob on the Einstein page to 250 and got good
results (the default in the code was 50):

   simplify-way.max-error
