"worksforme". I just went to http://www.gpsbasecamp.com/download-gps-file.php 
and clicked on "Download" in the "Sand Ridge State Forest, Il" box. The file 
contains both track- and waypoints. Opening it in JOSM will display both.

Before you use their data for mapping, please check whether their license is 
compatible with ours.
