[OSM-talk] Tenerife flooded?

At 11.32 am (London and Tenerife time), the coast looks ok from JOSM. Is it necessarily a problem with the database? this happens from time to time and if I understood it well, it's a problem with the shapefiles Mapnik uses to render the coast, no?
