but we definetly need that :
You can't just say to a newcommer : please read the whole (4 years) story 
before adding the street just in front of your house.

Here comes the truth, and sad part... unilateraly, people are "trying" to 
convince others to use their tagging scheme
( I don't blame anyone, I am doing it myself on the wiki, while some others do 
it on some slipy map, and some others in the JOSM or potlatch presets)

But we all know one thing, we shouldn't split that too much and create 
duplicates.

Does this fall down to one thing : "who is to trust ;-)" ?
- Answering no one is not ok, because we'll end with duplicates
- Anwsering "this one" neither, because he might not be right

Corner case ?
