[OSM-talk] Live API 0.6 servers (was Why is JOSM upload so slow?)

I read the instructions on the API 0.6 page on how to activate it, but 
one questions remains:
Is there any API 0.6 Server yet that i can use to write into the live 
OSM DB? I could only find some test server with limited data which are 
not connected to the live system.
