Great to hear that. But YOURS isn't the routing engine, it is just a

That is one of the main goals of YOURS (and Gosmore as well) and it's 
great to see it put to good use.

The Gosmore database is updated once a week, so imho November 13 isn't 
very old. Although I understand that it's hard waiting for your edits to 
show up.

It isn't public yet because I don't think it's the right time for that. 
There's no license notice in the code yet and the code is rather sloppy 
actually. YOURS currently aims at functionality, not coding excellence.

You need to create the PAK file before you can use Gosmore. The process 
of creating the PAK file is described on the Gosmore wiki page, but 
under linux the command is:
bzcat planet-latest.osm.bz2 | gosmore rebuild

But processing the whole planet requires a lot of disk space and a 64bit 
machine. Countries can be processed on a 32bit machine usually (Except 
the USA probably).
