I've just added a table to that wiki page that tries to map existing 
road signs to the corresponding restriction values.

While digging deeper into the various wikipedia pages about european 
road signs, I've noticed some road sign differences between countries, 
which I tried to "solve/explain" here.

The whole topic might be easier to discuss, if you see the corresponding 
road sign right in front of you ;-)

P.S: If anyone needs the corresponding svg files (all PD license), I can 
put it into svn (but I wanted to wait for reactions first) ...
