cycleway=lane is for cycle lanes. You could use cycleway=opposite_lane  
for there being a lane on the opposite direction to the way, however  
there is no way to render cycleway=opposite_lane as you need to know  
if it is a left or right hand drive road. These are rendered on the  
cycle map.

I don't know about bus lanes though.
