No, but I'll do a write-up on the Wiki for those willing and able to 
import 25+ historic planet files into their own PostGIS database and 
extract the images with Mapnik.

I won't make it available in an automated fashion because it eats a lot 
of CPU *and* requires manual tweaking of the results and parameters by 
someone who knows what he's doing ;-)
