[OSM-talk] mobile_dev mailing list?

As many might have noticed, almost all the new mobile devices include a GPS
chip these days.

This is a great opportunity for OSM in general and mappers in particular.

To avoid mobile specific topics to be lost in the mainstream of small talk
(30 post to discuss mailing list reply functionality is hardly interesting
for everybody ;-), I would propose to create a list to discuss mobile
related issues, interaction, memory, gui and such.

Please comment.
