Ok, so that link does not contain much information regarding the routing
service ;) I'll remove it.
The routing data is refreshed once a week (after a new planet dump is
released), at least that is what I aim for. Any quicker is quite
difficult for me as the Gosmore isn't quite suited for worldwide hourly
updates because it's database needs to be rebuilt completely every time
(no updates possible). Therefore I would need to keep an up-to-date
planet file and generate worldwide Gosmore database files every hour
which I don't think is feasible on our server even if it's once a day.
Gosmore isn't quite suited for worldwide daily/hourly updates because of
this, so once a week it is.
There isn't an out-of-the box setup for Gosmore including a slippy map
interface at the moment, although I think the code for the route service
should be put in SVN once it has evolved enough. Creating a Gosmore
database for a certain area is described in the wiki on the Gosmore and
Osmosis pages.
