Not quite true - David was correct that the contours aren't available
world-wide, even if the tiles are. There's fantastically large numbers
of contours for the Andes and in the Himalaya which at the moment
would provide more slowing-down of the server than benefits to
cyclists :-)

If anyone want contours adding for a region though - just ask. And I
might try full-world contours at some point to see how slow it gets
with several gigs in postgis!
