There are other CDNs that we could use, and which might be cheaper, too, 
for example the Coral CDN, which works by simply appending ".nyud.net" 
to your URL's host part, and is AFAICS free, as in beer.

Maximum TTL of objects on Coral seems to be 24hrs, soo that's nice for 
our tiles, too.
