The wife had dragged me away for a few days and there is simply too much 
traffic to go through everything ...
But in this case I have been following!

My comment still applies - if a item REALLY has no name then you do not ADD 
something - you leave out the name= tag?

The situation YOU are flagging is NOT 'noname' but simply 'name not known' 
which is something completely different?
There was a suggestion for name=__NONAME__ but that is also wrong - what is 
needed is a SIMPLE name=__TODO__ where there is an item that we know HAS a 
name but we do not know what it is? Simply assuming everything that does not 
have a name - does not YET have a name - is wrong and we should instead be 
ADDING flags only when we know that some additional work is needed even if at 
some point the fact that there really is no name and the flag is simply removed?
