Was the whole changeset a mistake, or just part of it?

If the mistake is only a small part of the changeset, you will still  
need to do it manually. Potlatch has the history feature. (Select the  
node or way and press the h key.)

There are no public revert tools yet. You need to manually undo your  
changes at the moment.
