[OSM-talk] osm.xml, Filter, what tags are available?

Hi,
i just found out using a hex editor that the rule i need is:
<Filter>[CNTRY_NAME] = 'Germany'</Filter>
It would be great to know if there is another way than using a hex editor,
has anybody got a hint?
