are valid for all shelters

This one looks rather far from the artificial construction/building I was 
proposing for.

That would maybe even need a natural=something tag instead of tourism ;-)

This one is looking less natural but doesn't feet in my 4 propositions, ended 
something might be needed for this one. But we haven't those in france, so 
I'll let you explain the concept on the wiki ;-)
