[OSM-talk] cycleroads and cyclestreets

I recently was looking at this proposal:

and it seems quite reasonable to me. It is already "well-hung" (almost
1 year), so why don't we start voting? Who is in charge/able of
opening the voting-process? If you want to discuss about the proposal,
