[OSM-talk] [RFC] highway=unclassified currently is too ambiguous, so here's my proposal to fix it.

Well as I posted earlier, to me there is a clear distinction from track and rural road.

The width of rural roads varies depending on the type of traffic using it, like 5 trailer road trains to lesser roads.
