Yes, there is one, but 15 votes in a 135000-users comunity (10000
frequent contributors a month) is not the voter participation that you
could generally agree on as democratic.
It corresponds to 0,01 % (for all users) or 0,15 % (contributors) of
voter participation. ;-)
Besides that we hope to all play fair, one could easily create
multiple accounts and turn the voting process to whatever result you
like ;-), and still everybody has the right to map whatever he likes
using whatever tags he prefers. So voting seems a little bit
pointless. (I don't know why I'm nonetheless participating) ;-)
