[OSM-talk] OSM-Postal an idea to extend Walking-Papers to "not connected" people

In the US, the Post Office offers something called "Business Reply Mail".
You print out postcards of a certain size with special markings on them (in
addition to your content). When someone drops them in the mail the post
office charges the sender and ships the card back to you.

I wonder if a few dozen of these types of postcards left at coffee shops in
the states would get filled out and mailed off to someone who could then
collate the results and enter them into the DB.
