[OSM-talk] Create two new categories for lawyers, architects, plumbers, etc

We're talking about a new craft-tag. I put some things down in the wiki at

To calm any nervouse one around: I'll convert this into a proposal the 
other day and I won't add anything to the map-features without a voting
