We can talk with Marcin (saper) who is organizing things in Poland for
Wikimania.

Also, we (OSMers in the US) are working on organizing a US SOTM conference,
to take place sometime before the big, international SOTM.  That could be an
opportunity for people to present, who otherwise can't go to SOTM in Spain.
