SUMMARIZING
I'm talking about an objective overview of what we currently have, the
same way OSMdoc is documenting the number of tags are used.
You are talking about how the OSM world is - as you see it from your
point of view. This will *always* be subjective, regardless of who is
doing this judgement.
The past has shown that a lot of stuff according to OSM tagging is
disputed (e.g. the abutters tag), probably far more than you seem to think.
So going down that road will make the table irrelevant IMHO.
