There are no deprecated tags in OSM because that would require an 
authority to deprecate them and we neither have nor want that.

There are tags being used less in favour of other tags; there are tags 
slowly being replaced by other tags; there are tags which are not "en 
vogue" any more. All that. But nothing is ever deprecated.
