[OSM-talk] Moving the island of Guam

Hi David,

I was hoping to have a quick and dirty way of moving 40k+ nodes.  I'm
currently shifting the island of Guam and it will take about 10+ hours.

Many thanks for your help as I really needed the search term
"source:tiger_import".
