[OSM-talk] OSM-Foundation Local Chapters Draft Agreement

Hello,

The first draft of an agreement that will pave the way for federated local
chapters is ready for community consultation.  The Local Chapters working
group along with the OSM-F Board and other people in the OSM community have
been working on the agreement over the last few months.  To read more about

We're now asking for comments from the community.  Please add any thoughts,
questions or criticism you have to this thread or as changes to the
document, which is attached.  A preliminary timeline is as follows, but
timing is very dependent on how many comments are received.

Timeline:

Public consultation - complete by mid Feb
Second draft - end Feb
Final document - early March
