[OSM-talk] OSM, Garmin and Mac OS X.

Hello,

The number of active OS X users who try to work with OSM maps in
Garmins OS X software, such as Roadtrip, and who put the maps on their
devices using OS X's mapinstall seem to be rather scarce, at least in
the Dutch community.

A new OS X version of the OSM map of the Netherlands for Garmin
devices can be downloaded daily at: <http://garmin.na1400.info/>, my
own experience is that Garmin's Roadtrip works fine with this map, but
that MapInstaller has some problems. In the overview map not all tiles
are always shown, and sometimes it crashes (or gives an error while
building the image).

I wonder whether there are some more OS X Garmin users, who are
willing to give these maps a try and report whether they experience
problems too, or not.
