Access from internet sites on local ressources is blocked by the 
"Application Bundaries Enforcer" module of NoScript. You need to add an 
exception for keepright.

1. Open NoScript settings
2. Select the rightmost tab "Advanced"
3. Select the rightmost subtab "ABE"
4. From the "Rulesets" select "USER"
5. On the lower right click "Edit..." and open the file "USER.abe" in 
your favourite text editor
6. Add the following lines

Site LOCAL
Accept from keepright.ipax.at
Deny

7. Save and you're done.
