Yeah, copyright is a problem, but it is the different problem. And cycle
clubs are often not government or commercial organizations and may be
happy to share their data on our terms.
On the other hand, telling them than their routes could be visible on
some online cycle maps if they prepare the waymarks on the ground may
cause even more benefit ;)
