[OSM-talk] polyshp2osm.py

Sorry,
I added in my system variables, the following line:
GDAL_DATA   C:\gdalwin32-1.6\data
and i added to the PATH variable ;C:\gdalwin32-1.6\bin
Then it worked fine for me.
