[OSM-talk] bulk import support group

Hello my name is Sam and im a bulk importer.

Oops, not an AA meeting :)

i found using the user diary seems to help.
& messaging talk-ca list helps. Although directly affected, they dont
know the source file as well as I do. (so they want to help, but cant)

a discussion list for bulk upload would help. (i dont imagine it will
be too chatty)

And those who know how to use PostGIS/arcGIS as i have NO Clue how to
run geobase2osm. (osm2psql) But i have the time to learn if someone
can update the wiki with better instructions.

Im working the best i can with Steve Singer, but there is that
technical hurdle that others can help with.

Btw, great job in ontario, it looks great!
