hi simone,

i implemented something that could help you. but you have to experiment
since for some polygon shapes the algorithm works and for others it
doesn't (really).

see latest version provided v20-beta 003.

-resize
-factor=1.2 (or the like) 1.05 is default, might be too small

if -simplify if given it works on the simplified polygons instead. might
give better results ?!
