[OSM-talk] marine hazard rocks natural=rocks

Hi,
i added the feature for rocks, but its not yet available as a tag.

It's a good thing to have as it's a marine hazzard, and not sure why it's
not listed, as they can be above or below water, perhaps as a caution icon?

I have the wiki page made (but not to good with making a proper proposal
page for it)

Hopefully someone can help. :)

One idea i have is to label them each as "rocks"?  (Because usually, if it
was mentioned on the map its a bunch of rocks around that area also, as
sub-surface rocks.)
