On a second look, it's probably correct, it takes the latitude into
account when offsetting.

One thing I'm missing is for segments that only have a single
housenumber for a stretch between two crossings the code should just
generate a single node.  Currently it either generates the
interpolation way with housenumbers at both ends or nothing at all if
the segment is too short.
